Data Deletion

Request deletion of your OjasYukti data

You may request deletion of personal information or Meta Platform Data associated with an OjasYukti service by emailing hello@ojasyukti.tech.

What to include

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your OjasYukti account where possible.
2. State that you are requesting deletion of your OjasYukti account data or Meta/Instagram integration data.
3. Identify the relevant workspace, business or connected Instagram account if you have more than one.

Verification

We may request reasonable information needed to verify that the request relates to your account or an account you are authorized to manage. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens after verification

After verification, OjasYukti will delete or de-identify applicable information that is no longer required to provide the service, subject to information that must be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention or other legitimate compliance purposes.

Disconnecting Meta first

You can also revoke OjasYukti's permissions through the settings provided by Meta. Revoking access stops future API access using that authorization. See Instagram Integration for more information.
